He developed unique method pf practicing Yoga based on his experiences & Skills in Yogic practice & basic concepts of Yoga , Ayurveda & modern science. As said prior / before pran means immense power that activates the whole universe,pranyoga utilizes this energy to join body with mind & that to be with soul to get the knowledge of self through the self & to live healthy life pran yoga includes various theories or concepts (i.e siddhantas ). From ayurveda ,yoga & modern science & hence it is proving its value in treating various diseases. According to Ayurveda, term ayu( life ) means perfect unity of body ,organs,mind,& soul.but in this materialistic word,we seldom find this perfect unity .therefore we become prey to various physical as well as mental diseases .the perfect unity of body ,argan mind &soul is necessary to get complete healthy & successful life .pranyoga is use ful for this unity to get heath & happiness. This method of treatment is useful for patients as well as healthy people to maintain their wellness.
